Jump to any sheet with a shortcut

If you have a lot of sheets in your workbook, switching between them can be tedious. Instead of scrolling through all of the tabs, you can simply right-click the scroll arrows in the lower-left corner. This will lead to a pop-up window that lists all of your sheets, and you choose the one you want to go to.

Steps

  1. Open your Excel workbook that contains multiple sheets.
  2. Locate the scroll arrows in the lower-left corner of the Excel window.
  3. Right-click on or near the scroll arrows, as shown below. 
  4. A dialog box will appear that lists all the sheets in your workbook. Double-click on the sheet that you want to switch to. 
  5. Excel will jump to the selected sheet.
